Looking for ways to feel happier with NO Side Effects?
Start each day or end each day by listing 5 things your are grateful for.
Think about what sparks joy in your life and write it down.
I’ve started a bedtime routine with my daughter was 2-3 years old. Before saying good night and turning out the lights we share “3 good things about today” with each other and have fun listing more than 3. It’s a wonderful way to practice gratitude and settle in with happy thoughts.
I challenge you to find your quiet time to list what you are grateful for and you’ll see in no time you are happier than you were a week ago!
Here’s mine to start…
love and support of family
a small group of close friends
ability to work and provide for my family
