Watermelon Granita

Small watermelon
1/2-3/4 cup of sugar
2tbspn fresh lime juice
Lime zest

Cut watermelon into chunks. Purée in blender or processor. Place in large bowl mix in 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix in lime juice and lime zest. Taste. Add more sugar if you like.

Place in freezer. Scrape sides and mix together every 30 minutes. Serve when frozen
