Aunty Carolyn’s Pistachio Cake
1 Reg. Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 C oil
4 Eggs
1 C Club soda
1 Pkg. Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix
1/2 C Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp. Almond Extract
Add Green Food coloring for a brighter shade of green
Mix all ingredients together as you would any cake mix. Bake in greased and floured Bundt Cake or Tube Pan
(I use Pam No-Stick Cooking Spray with Flour)
Bake 350 degrees
Time: 40 mins. – Test with tooth pick for doneness
Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day! This is one of the favorite cakes I made for Tom, Keith, Kris & Karen at Christmas.
