Who Do Your Spend Time With and What Do You Do?

Our Social Life Gives Us a Sense of Belonging and a Feeling of Being Needed

It’s important to gather with all types of people and engage in a variety of activities. We are meant to connect and relate to each other. This helps us develop compassion and love for ourselves and in turn we are able to be loving and compassionate towards others.

On a scale of 1 -10 rate your social life.

Is this an area you want to improve? If so take some steps to grow in this area. Try attending an event or seminar, join a group activity, or reconnect with someone you think about often.



Set a goal for yourself and check back and see how you did. Being around people and engaging in shared activities is good for the mind, body, and spirit.
