Week 10
Health: As officially defined by the World Health Organization, a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
How do you think about Health? Is is something out of your control? Something you inherited? Something your doctor takes care of?
When thinking about our health we need to look at our primary food needs and our secondary food needs. This week we will explore our thinking around health and what we can do to improve our health.
If you think of health as it is defined by the WHO then you are on solid ground. If you don’t we can explore your understanding a little more and learn ways develop your current understanding.
What some things you are doing to support your physical, mental, and social well-being? Is it in balance? If not what steps can you take to address one of all of the areas.
This week set a goal for yourself either to maintain your current health situation or one area you wish to change. Write down the goal and list some action steps.
