- Start each day with a positive affirmation.
- Volunteer or give to charity.
- Commit to living a healthier lifestyle by making some small changes.
- Take Vitamin D daily.
- Take a daily Probiotic
- Take supplements but speak to your doctor about it.
- Get 8 Hours of Sleep.
- Sleep on your left side and support your cervical spine/
- Wear shoes with good arch support.
