Hey there! We’ve been on this journey for about 6 weeks. So, it’s time to do a midpoint check in with you.
Take a moment to reflect on the Circle of Life Tool.
Place a dot in each section of the circle. A dot towards the center indicates dissatisfaction and dot towards the edge indicates satisfaction. If you are 100% satisfied the dot should be on the edge of the circle.
Now, connect the dots. Reflect on your circle. Where are the areas you are satisfied? Are these the areas you set goals for yourself? Did you make progress? GO AHEAD and Celebrate your success!
Now look at the areas where you are dissatisfied. Is there something getting in the way? Is there something holding you back?
Often imbalances in our Primary Food lead to symptoms in our body, mind, and spirit. It’s all connected. Think about what it is that is preventing you from growing in this area and how it is impacting your well-being.
