From Scratch Pancakes

1 1/4 cups flour
1 tspn salt
1 tbspn baking powder
1 1/2 tbspn sugar
1 egg
3 tbspn melted butter
1 1/4 cups milk

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, melted butter, milk. Whisk together. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. When it starts to bubble turn and it’s cooked when brown on both sides.

Makes about 12 small pancakes ?
