1/4 cup of Olive Oil
Clean and Dry the Kale. Separate from spine. Tear into pieces. Toss in bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place evenly on cooking sheet. Do not layer or it will steam. Place in oven at 350 degrees. Toss after 3 minutes. Cook another 2-3 minutes. Keep an eye on it; it can brown quickly.
Serve as is….makes a light and crispy snack.
