Marinated Chickpeas

Marninated Chickpeas

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

3 cloves garlic minced

1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

salt & pepper to taste

Prep

Rinse and drain the can of chickpeas.  Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, chopped parsely, salt & pepper.  Toss together. Let marinate overnight.  Perfect for side dish or on top of salad.
