Spicy Green Beans

Ingredients

* 2 TBS soy sauce
* 2 TBS rice wine vinegar
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1½ pounds green beans
* 1 tbs Sambal Oelek (chili paste)
* 3 garlic cloves minced
* 2 TBS sesame oil
* 2tbs olive oil
*

 


Prep

Heat oil in large pan add garlic. Add green beans on high heat until they blister. Mix all ingredients and pour over beans in pan. Cook about 5-10 minutes. Let it reduce a little. You can add cornstarch to mixture if you would like the sauce a little thicker.
