I was sitting here focusing on the word BALANCE. My friend Sandy gave me a silver bracelet awhile back and the word balance is printed on it. I wear it everyday.
As I sat here this morning something signaled me to turn around. Maybe it was my inner voice, maybe it was my cat scratching at the door. I’m not sure. But I saw this light pattern on the chakra tapestry hanging in the room. It literally was shedding the light on all the areas: Mind-Body-Soul reminding me to continue to seek balance in all areas.
