Form Some Health Habits Before the NEW YEAR! Week 1
With all the craziness of Covid and Quarantining we may need to establish or re-establish some healthy habits. It’s easier to start now rather than making a new year’s resolution that is way too hard to stick with it after you start it.
So join me over the next 5 weeks and pick 1-2 habits from the lists and make some changes in creating a healthier, happier you!
Start each day with a positive affirmation.
Volunteer or give to charity.
Commit to living a healthier lifestyle by making some small changes.
Take Vitamin D daily.
Take a daily Probiotic
Take supplements but speak to your doctor about it.
Get 8 Hours of Sleep.
Sleep on your left side and support your cervical spine/
Wear shoes with good arch support.
